Maxel Platinum Jigging Rods feature a proprietary, integrated layering of 100% pure carbon fiber construction, delivering lightweight strength and power from the high leverage blank length. External carbon tape "X" cross wrap increases strength and optimizes blank action for maximum lifting power in a slim, light rod. Models rated for 30-50lb (M) to 65-130lb (XH) braided lines cover a range of jigging and bait fishing applications. Genuine FUJI® components, such as graphite Palming reel seats with Back Stop™ locks and braid-proof Alconite ring "K" frame guides, make the Platinum series rods braid-ready and compatible with many high-performance reels. EVA grips and tough, epoxy-coated guide wraps complete the custom, performance specs of these extraordinary rods.
